THE CAYMAN CAREER ACADEMY IS SEEKING SUITABLE CANDIDATES TO FILL THE FOLLOWING POSITION ON A LECTURER- FULL TIME BASIS.

The Cayman Career Academy is seeking suitable candidates to fill the following position on a LECTURER- FULL Time Basis.

All Prospective Candidates must possess the following:

Must be CIDESCO certified
Must be knowledgeable of all aspects of the beauty industry
Must have experience in teaching massage, facials, waxing and nails as well as electrotherapy
Minimum of Eight (8) years’ experience as an educator
Ability to Communicate Effectively
Must have experience in General Administration.
Must be proficient in the Microsoft Suite.
Must have knowledge of Repechage, CIRCADIA & jane Iredale skin care products
Must show continued education in the field of Beauty Therapy

Roles and Responsibilities:

To contribute to the development, planning and implementation of a high-quality curriculum.
Assisting with the screening of applicants to determine suitability
To assist in the development of learning materials, preparing schemes of work and maintaining records to monitor student progress, achievement and attendance.
To participate in the administration of the programme of studies and other activities as requested.
Advising on changes in course modules.
Developing course content for additional beauty therapy specialised courses
Lecture planning and delivering course content
Assessing student(s), individual course work
Report unsafe conditions, equipment, or practices to the principal immediately.
Must be able to teach Post Graduate classes on weekends
Must guide students to write case studies and a final thesis report

Renumeration: $4500 per month
