Wendy Lynch

Wendy is the senior lecturer at Cayman Career Academy. She holds academic degrees from Anglia Ruskin University (UK) in Business Administration as well as an MBA, in addition to Beauty Diploma from CIDESCO and ITEC. With over 25 years’ experience in the beauty industry, her experience spans from brand management and marketing within a corporate environment, to spa manger and Repechage brand educator for over 15 years. She has worked with major global beauty brands, such as Loreal, Repechage, Paul Mitchell and Coty Inc.

She was instrumental in assisting with the development stages of Cayman Career Academy. As the lead lecturer at this academy, her passion and dedication to the spa and beauty industry blossomed, as she successfully developed the curriculum and led the first group of students at the Cayman Career Academy,  with minimum assistance, achieving a 98% success rating. 

Wendy possesses all the qualities and experience needed to motivate students, unlocking their true potential in their quest towards achieving their goals. Her students fondly call her their “mentor”.
